When you call us, whoever answers the phone, even if it’s not an I.T. issue or anything, we’ll do everything we can to help, you know, even if it’s, like an oracle issue or something that has nothing to do with the local issue. And if our first person who’s there can’t help you, they get one of our own team members involved and you don’t have to escalate everything like you do on another company. Right.
So let’s open up a ticket. The first level person looks at something and then you have to wait for the next person to come in. It’s more of a team effort, and whatever your issue is gets resolved by whoever you spoke with.
