Never Go It Alone


Whenever somebody comes on board, right? We also want them to understand that they’re not in this by themselves. They have a team sitting next to them, right? So don’t be afraid to take on whatever that customer needs. And to be detailed, there’s, there’s nothing more important than detail and follow up and communication, right?

So it’s, they may not understand what they’re asking you or how I can explain it to you in a way. That you can do to help them. But if you just sit there and listen to them and also never blow it, blow whatever off and say, okay, that’s not our problem. Somebody else will help you with it, whatever it is.

We’re gonna do our very best to help resolve their issue, even if it’s not an issue that is under our control or something that we do, right? We will help contact their vendor or third party and get whatever it is result, and that’s why they always make us their first call.
