With hands-on experience supporting end users across Windows, Apple, and Microsoft 365 environments, Daniel has already built a reputation for being thoughtful, adaptable, and eager to solve problems. His background combines practical IT support experience with advanced academic training in cybersecurity, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both day-to-day technology needs and the bigger picture of security and system performance.

As one of the newer members of the Spider Networks team, Daniel brings fresh energy, curiosity, and a strong desire to keep learning. He enjoys the challenge of troubleshooting issues, improving the user experience, and helping clients feel more confident in the technology they rely on every day. Whether he is assisting with system deployments, resolving support tickets, managing user accounts, or investigating security concerns, Daniel approaches each task with focus, professionalism, and a willingness to dig in and find the right solution.

Daniel earned his Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Florida International University and also holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, reflecting both his technical discipline and his commitment to continued growth in the IT field. At Spider Networks, he is excited to be part of a team that values responsiveness, service, and long-term client relationships, and he looks forward to building a career centered on helping businesses stay secure, connected, and supported.
