Russell Poole brings more than 25 years of IT experience to his role at Spider Networks. Over the course of his career, he has worked across government, financial institutions, nonprofits, and private industry, building a broad foundation in technology support, cybersecurity, systems administration, network operations, and business-focused IT solutions. That depth of experience gives Russ a practical, steady perspective that clients appreciate, especially when they need someone who can quickly understand a problem and guide them toward the right solution.

 

Russ has been with Spider Networks for 18 years, where he has become a trusted part of the team and a dependable resource for clients. His long tenure reflects both his commitment to the company and the value he brings to the businesses Spider Networks serves. He understands that strong IT support is about more than fixing problems. It is about helping clients feel confident in their systems, supported in their day-to-day operations, and prepared for what comes next.

 

Before joining Spider Networks, Russ served as IT Manager for Magnify Credit Union in Mulberry, Florida, where he oversaw network operations and helped strengthen the organization’s technology environment. His work included improving security, supporting communications systems, enhancing disaster recovery planning, developing IT and security policies, and implementing solutions that improved efficiency while managing costs. That experience, along with earlier roles supporting government and private-sector organizations, helped shape the thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach he brings to clients today.
