So generally when a company hires us, we’re the first call for any problem, even if it’s, for example, Clio or if it’s a credit union or a bank where none of their data is stored locally and is managed by somebody else. Because they’re the client and they don’t really have the technical skills, we’re still their first call, and then we handle the Clios or the FHIR service issues or anything that they need to go from point A to point B to help whatever their issue is, to make sure that they can work and function the way that they should be.
